Flour-dusted hands shaping sourdough dough on a wooden kitchen counter

About the bakery

Small kitchen in Virginia Beach. Slow dough, real flavor.

I bake because I love the rhythm of it: feeding the starter at night, shaping in the morning, and pulling golden loaves from the oven before the day begins. Every cookie, bread, bagel, cinnamon roll, and pop tart is made by hand, in small batches, with ingredients I would serve my own family.

There are no mixers running on timers here, no dough conditioners, and no day-olds. Just real ingredients and a lot of patience.
